OIDDS app for iPhone and iPad

The Online Instructor Development & Deployment System (OIDDS) is an online portal for instructors to track their development and deployment, created by CAMP CHALLENGE Pte Ltd for our entire organization including FOCUS Adventure, CAMP CHALLENGE, Outdoor Adventure, and SeaOPS.

Our organization specializes in character development, including team-building, leadership, resilience, and so on. Each company specializes in a different target audience:

• FOCUS Adventure specializes in corporate team development, experiential learning through outdoor-based activities, and process facilitation for corporate groups of all levels from new hires to top management.
• CAMP CHALLENGE specializes in youth character development, experiential learning through outdoor camps and expeditions, as well as motivational workshops for youths & students from preschool to tertiary levels.
• Outdoor Adventure specializes in providing recreational outdoor activities for families, sports enthusiasts & any groups looking to have fun under the sun
• SeaOPS specializes in sea-based activities, offering various recreational water sports as well as sea-based certification courses.

Our team of instructors is central to our youth development movement and the OIDDS will be our main method of getting in touch with our instructors for their personal development, as well as deployment to programmes across the entire organization.
•The OIDDS app will allow instructors to:
•Browse through the various programmes available across the entire organization and indicate their availability for each programme
•View their deployment for programmes
•Update their credentials and certifications on their instructor profile
•Track their Outdoor Learning progress in the Instructor Development Programme (IDP)
•Browse and register for upcoming instructor accreditation courses and modules
•Receive payment for completed programmes through FAST payment transactions such as PayNow
